    • Perform routine data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and hardware/software inventory.
    • Create and update IT documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
    • Generate regular reports on system health, ticket status, and resolved issues.
  • Training & User Assistance:
    • Provide basic IT training to employees on software usage and IT policies.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources (e.g., accounts, email setups, and workstation configurations).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist (MCITP), ITIL Foundation).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience with Windows OS, macOS, and Linux environments.
    • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and basic networking concepts.
    • Proficiency in using and supporting Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other enterprise software.
    • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Cloud).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience:
